How much will it cost to ship my item within Malaysia?

You can find our standard delivery charge at check out. We offer FREE Courier Shipping for orders:
West Malaysia: over RM500
East Malaysia: Depends on weight 

Who is your shipping provider?

We use City-Link Express Courier Service for all deliveries in Malaysia.

Can I have tracking number for my order?

We'll send you a dispatch email with your tracking number at the time your order is sent.

How to track my order?

You can track your order on the courier service's website.

City-Link Express: 

1. Go to City-Link Express's website (click here).

2. Enter your tracking number under "Track Shipments".

3. Click "Track".

GD Express:

1. Go to GD Express's tracking website (click here).

2. Enter you tracking number under "Consignment Note Numbers".

3. Click "Track".

Using your unique tracking number, you will be able to easily see where your parcel is in the delivery process through easy to read graphics. Your order will be scanned at key checkpoints in the delivery network to enable you to have visibility on its whereabouts.

What will happen if I am not home when courier comes?

The courier will leave a card with their contact details. You will need to ring the courier company to arrange a convenient date for re-delivery of your parcel.

Can my order be shipped to a PO Box?

Sorry, we cannot ship to PO Box.
